Architect, graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, Universidad Central de Venezuela in 1989. Master of Architecture, Cornell University, USA .1994.  

Painting studies, 1993-1994, Cornell University. Sculpture studies, 2007-2008 Caracas, Venezuela. Currently he is an Assistant Professor, Department of Architecture, Texas A&M. Visiting Associate Design Studio Professor, School of Architecture, University of Texas, Arlington. 2014-2016. Design Studio Professor, and Visual Arts Professor, Universidad Simon Bolívar, Caracas. 1994-2014. He has lectured in Puerto Rico, Colombia, Ecuador, United States, Dubai, Argentina and Venezuela.  His work has been widely published in national and international books and magazines, as well as in a wide variety of web pages such as ArchDaily, He has received several national and international awards in Architecture and Art. He has developed a sustained exploration in painting, drawing, collage, sculpture and installations and has participated in many solo and collective exhibitions and fine arts biennials.
